Foundation for betterment of education and culture “Source of Hope” held the finishing manifestation for two successfully finished projects. In the student dormitory “Source of Hope” awards were given to the best videos for the “Record your patriotism” competition and certificates were given to participants of the “Mini-school for informal education and professional orientation for young people of Ilidža Municipality”.

“Video competition was declared in order to honor the 25th of November, Bosnia and Herzegovina statehood day, for young people aged 13-25. The intent was encouraging patriotism and showing love towards the homeland of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We have awarded three works while the others were enveloped into one film that will be available to the public via online media”, said Tarik Agetović, the director of the Foundation, who had given the awards for the 3 best videos.

The jury for the video competition chose the work titled “25 reasons to stay” as the winner, because of the inspirational way it encourages and promotes patriotism, especially with younger generations. Its special contribution is also the number of participants that worked on making it and creating messages that give hope and faith to other young people in the country so they do not forget their history and the events that marked it.

The audience present, had the chance to see the film that envelops all the submitted works.First prize went to Amina Perenda from Travnik, second place was won by the work of Sadžida Drpljanin called “Welcome to Bosnia and Herzegovina” and the third place was won by the work titled “Nurture Domestic”, authored by Eldin Halilović. The best authors were given cash prizes in the amount of 200, 150, and 100 convertible marks respectively.
