Today, the cornerstone was laid for the construction of additional accommodation facilities for the dormitory. The laying of the foundation stone marked the beginning of the construction of the right-wing of the student dormitory. This will increase accommodation capacity by 50% and provide scholarships for 120 students for the next academic year.

The laying of the foundation stone was attended by members of the Board of Directors, donors, scholarship holders, and numerous representatives of partner organizations of the foundation.

Nahid Hasanbegović talked in front of the Board of directors. He pointed out that all the necessary permits for the execution of works have been obtained and that their completion is expected before the beginning of 2021/22 academic year, which will create conditions for the admission of a larger number of scholars. He emphasized that material funds were provided for the first phase of works.

The audience was especially moved by the address of Rasim ef. Hamidović, who wished the planned capacities to be filled by successful, motivated, and good young people, as they have been so far.

With this initiative, the Foundation Source of Hope wants to continue to be a generator of good, development, upbringing, and development of young people.
